We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic & friendly Speech Pathologist to join our team part time from with a flexible start date. We are a small speech pathology team with a passion for working with children with varied communication & feeding needs. 

Shining Minds Therapy is a neurodiverse affirming speech pathology practice based in Sydney's North/West. We are predominately a clinic service with our base in Wentworth Point, NSW. We also offer telehealth services Australia wide and there is opportunity to WFH if you choose to take on a telehealth day. We are a small team, passionate about early language development and complex communication needs. We value high quality, evidenced based services and opt to incorporate cultural and community values into our practice. We attract a varied caseload of neurodivergence and physical disabilities. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality assessment and intervention to young children with disabilities.

  • Deliver educational material to day care, school staff and parents.

  • Involved in group therapy to support social skills; AAC development and feeding skills.

  • Maintains high level of professional documentation.

 

Qualifications - A successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology

  • We prefer at least one year post graduate experience (new graduates are welcome to apply)

  • Member of Speech Pathology Australia

  • Active NSW WWCC
